Discuss the client’s needs (e.g., size of the move, type of cleaning). Schedule a site visit or request details/photos. Provide a customized quote and timeline.
Supply packing materials (boxes, tape, labels, etc.). Carefully pack belongings, labeling by room or category. Protect fragile items and disassemble large furniture if needed.
Load items securely into the moving truck. Transport to the new location. Unload and place items according to client instructions.
Perform deep cleaning at the old or new location (or both). Tasks include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom/kitchen sanitation. Final walk-through with the client to ensure satisfaction.
